Connect with community and practice mindfulness while treating yourself as you would a friend. Suitable for beginners to mindfulness or meditation. Four Thursdays in April online from 6-7:15 PM. Offered free of charge.
Your facilitator is Mary Ford (She/Her/Hers), a Network for Older Adults (NOA) Portland attendee and a long-time mindfulness practitioner. Mary is participating in the Two-Year Mindfulness Meditation Training Certification Program facilitated by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
